Open-faced warm chick'n fillet

Preparation
Time: 10 min
Chick'n Filet Preparation
Stove Top: Preheat medium size pan with one teaspoon of
vegetable oil. Remove chicken filets from package to preheated pan. Pan
fry for 1 ½ -2 minutes on each side.
OR
Grilled: Preheat
a grill pan with 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil. Remove chicken filets from
package to preheated grill pan. Grill for 3 minutes on one side
OR
Microwave:
Pierce bag; place on a microwavable dish and heat on high for 40 seconds.
(We like ‘em better pan fried or grilled.)
Make it Easy:
Spread mayonnaise lightly over Rye bread. Pile on lettuce, tomato, cucumber,
onion and red peppers. Top each with 2 Chick'n Filets.
Garnish with watercress
stem. (That's the fancy part!)
